Ginger Play is licensed for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app.
Ginger Play offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) that unlock unlimited play time and all game modes. Subscriptions are managed and billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
The free version of Ginger Play includes 5 minutes of daily play time and access to Chase Mode. No purchase is required to use the free tier.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heroblend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Heroblend operates.
